- System is composed of the following:
- Spinning vertical spit roaster for the meat, that spins automatically and is controlled by the integrated cooking sensor /li>
- Up and down moving horizontal bar that holds the meat slicer
- Meat slicer with an automatic spinning round blade and proximity sensor
- Metal plate for receiving the meat in the lower part of the machine
- Runs on natural and LP gas
