- It works with an automatic control and cooking sensors to cut the meat.
- 100% independent operation, no need to have an expert meat cutter
- Cuts all kinds of meat: al pastor style meat, Arab style meat, chicken, beef, pork and lamb
- Optimal use for Arab style, al pastor, kebab, shawarma or gyro taco shops.
- System is composed of the following:
- oSpinning vertical spit roaster for the meat, that spins automatically and is controlled by the integrated cooking sensor
- Up and down moving horizontal bar that holds the meat slicer
- Meat slicer with an automatic spinning round blade and proximity sensor
- Metal plate for receiving the meat in the lower part of the machine
- Emergency stop button
- Runs on natural or LP gas
